Gregory Perlman is the CEO and Founder of GH Capital LLC, a Sherman Oaks, CA based real estate company specializing in the ownership of affordable housing. Since 1994, Mr. Perlman and his affiliated entities have acquired over 14,000 units of affordable housing in 18 states and operate them through his affiliated management company PK Management.

GH Capital’s focus is the acquisition of properties with Section 8 contracts that serve low-income families, elderly and disabled persons. In 2009 Mr. Perlman formed the Perlman Foundation to help Section 8 residents better their lives of themselves and their families through educational scholarships, health and wellness programs, and emergency sustainability grants for food, clothing, and shelter.
