Elisa Della Ripa, is the Chief Financial Officer of GH Capital and the Manager.  Ms. Della Ripa joined GH Capital in 2002 and plays an active role in overseeing the financial aspects of the company and its affiliates.  She is responsible for all financial operations, including cash management, investment reporting and tax and financial planning. 

Ms. Della Ripa has extensive experience in real estate accounting, finance and operations and more than 20 years experience as an accountant, chief financial officer, business manager and tax and financial adviser. 

After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, Ms. Della Ripa began her accounting career with the real estate accounting firm, Kenneth Leventhal & Co and, thereafter, transitioned to business management for music entertainment clients. Prior to joining GH Capital, she acted as chief financial officer for Media Ventures, an entertainment company, where she managed the business and personal accounts of music industry executives. 

She has extensive experience handling sophisticated multi-million dollar financial transactions in both the real estate and non-real estate markets.
